DESCRIPTION:Lambda Research Group solicit your gracious presence at the International Nursing and Nursing Education Conference\, which will held during May 26-28\, 2025 at Tokyo\, Japan. The conference will emphasize the theme “Global Nursing Leadership: Research-based Practice and Education”.\nClinical judgment is the ability of a nurse to make decisions for patients using evidence-based practice\, knowledge\, skills\, experience\, communication and reflection. Student nurses begin developing clinical judgment in nursing school and continue developing this essential skill after they become working nurses. However\, how do nurses continue to foster and enhance clinical judgement throughout their careers? \nINC 2025 will present strategies and insights to maximize the development of clinical judgement. We will have experts in the field of nursing education and clinical judgment speaking as part of the conference. Podium presentations will focus on clinical judgment in nursing\, pre-licensure education\, staff education\, practicing nurses and leadership. Join us as we explore the newest trends in clinical judgment.
