Dr. PJ Azad brings over two decades of medical experience to his practice. After completing seven years of medical education in Iran, he practiced as a Family Physician for 12 years, gaining extensive experience in hospital and clinical settings. His work in acute and emergency care underscored the strengths of conventional Western medicine, while also revealing its limitations in treating chronic conditions.
Motivated by a passion for holistic health and preventive care, Dr. Azad continued his medical journey in Canada, earning his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). He is currently a licensed naturopathic doctor in British Columbia.
With a unique dual background in conventional and evidence-based natural medicine, Dr. Azad is committed to helping patients improve their health, achieve their goals, and live more vibrant lives. His approach is rooted in individualized care, integrating thorough history-taking, physical examinations, and lab analysis to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Dr. Azad has served over thousands patients with a special focus on General Wellbeing, Cosmetic Procedures, Weight Management, and Pain Management. Known for his artistic precision and deep understanding of aesthetic medicine, he has built a reputation as a trusted cosmetic doctor dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and restoring confidence.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Azad is a Faculty Clinic Supervisor at CCNM – Boucher and a Committee Member of the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC), contributing to the Quality Assurance and Inquiry Committee.
His mission is to provide the most effective and integrative care possible—blending the strengths of both Western and naturopathic medicine to promote a healthier, happier, and more harmonized society.
Saskia Karlen is a third-generation insurance broker specializing in life and health insurance, financial planning, and employee benefits. With a BA from the University of British Columbia, Saskia transitioned from a successful career in marketing to the insurance and financial services industry. She provides personalized insurance solutions and financial planning strategies to individuals and businesses, helping them achieve long-term financial security.
