I practice general family Naturopathic medicine, with an interest in women and children’s health, environmental health and epigenetics. I have a particular special interest in hormone support in perimenopause and menopause.

I was raised in a Naturopathic family in Nelson BC. Both my father, Dr. Loren Kozak, ND and my mother, Catharine Kozak, acupuncturist, taught me the value of natural healthcare from a young age. Growing up in Nelson, I have a deep passion and appreciation for healthy living and the natural beauty that surrounds us. My husband, my 2 beautiful daughters, and I are proud to call Nelson home.
