Biography

Dr. Rory Gibbons is a naturopathic doctor who helps men take control of their health—reclaiming their energy, focus, and confidence in a way that actually fits real life. He specializes in men’s health, with a focus on weight loss, hormone balance, sexual health, energy, and digestion.

Many of the men he works with are between 25 and 50 years old. They’re dedicated, hardworking, and balancing the demands of careers, relationships, and family life. But somewhere along the way, things started to shift. Energy dipped. Weight crept up. Sleep got worse. Sex drive changed. Digestion became unpredictable. And despite their best efforts—eating better, exercising more—they can’t seem to feel like themselves again.

Dr. Gibbons helps men connect these dots. He teaches them how gut health, hormones, stress, and metabolism are all linked—and how re-balancing these systems can dramatically change how they feel day to day.

Dr. Gibbons earned his Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, following a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. With a background in strength and conditioning, physical medicine, and nutrition, he bridges the gap between medical science and practical lifestyle coaching.

Before entering naturopathic medicine, Dr. Gibbons worked with athletes and active professionals to improve energy, performance, and recovery. That experience shaped his approach to care today—combining the structure men need with the compassion and accountability that make change sustainable.

He blends traditional medical training with functional medicine, nutrition science, and behavioral psychology to deliver comprehensive care for men. His focus isn’t just on lab results—it’s on helping men actually feel better, long term. Dr. Gibbons works with men who want to rebuild their foundation of health and start feeling like themselves again.
