I am honoured to live, work, and play in the qathet region (Powell River) on the Sunshine Coast at Townsite Allied Health. I am also the founder, owner, and one of the Naturopathic Physicians at Local Health Integrative Clinic in East Vancouver.

While I consider myself a general practitioner, I excel at supporting people in their fertility journeys, as well as postnatal and children/family care. I believe that education and empowerment should be at the heart of healthcare and strive to help translate the information, both from our bodies, as well as from information gathered from our MDs, from lab testing, etc so that you understand what your body is saying. I help people get to a place where they feel like they are thriving in their lives, not just functional and would be happy to support you on that journey.
