Darcie Pawlick
I grew up in Fort Erie, Ontario, just outside Niagara Falls. I attended the University of Guelph, obtaining my Honours Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics with a minor in Developmental Psychology. From there, I moved to Toronto for the next four years to study naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. When I graduated, I moved to British Columbia and have resided in Kimberley since 2011. I live with my partner, my son, and two cats. I love living in the Kootenays, where I am steps away from nature, and I can emphasize living a healthy and active lifestyle. My favourite things besides my family, friends and profession are mountain biking, skiing, and working out. I also have a passion for healthy cooking and love trying new recipes whenever possible.
I’ve been practicing as a naturopathic doctor since 2012, where I own and operate my practice in Kimberley and Cranbrook, BC. My focus and passion in my practice include working with women’s health and digestive health. Within these, I also address mental health, which led me to pursue my master’s in counselling. I utilize research-based medicine and the mind-body connection to ensure patients receive a holistic approach to treatment. I aim to provide an integrative approach to overall health and well-being.
