Hello, I am a Naturopathic Doctor based in the Lower Mainland – with a Fort Langley and virtual practice.  My areas of interest include:

hormones: thyroid, adrenal, female and insulin

fatigue: iron deficiency, hormonal imbalances, chronic immune issues, insulin resistance 

menopause: hormone therapy and conditions relating to menopause

I take a whole-person approach to medicine.  My aim is to see each person as a unique individual and to work together to improve health, wellness and mood.  I have Prescriptive Authority which allows prescription of HRT/MHT and other pharmaceuticals when appropriate.  Additionally, I have achieved the NAMS Certificate for Menopause care from the Menopause Society of North America.  

Other tools I practice with include: nutrition, supplements, CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger), Intravenous Nutrients, comprehensive testing, Bowen Therapy, acupuncture and lifestyle changes.
